Étretat

Étretat is a charming seaside resort with beautiful pebble beaches on the English Channel coast and one of Normandy’s most famous natural attractions. Here the waters of the Channel have carved dramatic white cliffs with natural arches, creating some of the most breathtaking landscapes in France. These alabaster cliffs, the inviting sea, green hills and fresh seafood inspired many artists, including Eugène Boudin, Gustave Courbet, Claude Monet and Vasily Polenov.
